Health

A personal health record that pulls from every device and lab, and charts it on one timeline.

Health dashboard: sleep, exercise and diet columns, each with a day-by-day calendar and trend charts
The daily dashboard — sleep, exercise and diet side by side, each with a day-by-day calendar and the trends behind it.

Screenshots show invented demo data. The app itself is private.

Wearables each keep their own silo. This pulls them together: a companion iPhone and Apple Watch app streams HealthKit data to the server, and daily syncs bring in a smart ring, a smart scale, a sleep-tracking mattress cover and a continuous glucose monitor.

Lab reports and medical records are uploaded as PDFs and parsed into individual results, so a cholesterol value from 2016 and one from last month land on the same chart with their reference ranges. A nightly view lines up every sleep sensor against the others for a single night, and the whole record can be exported as a summary for a doctor.

System map: each instrument, the route its data takes to the server, and how fresh each link is
How it fits together — every instrument, the route its data takes to the server, and how long since each link last spoke.
Nightly view: sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate and movement for one night
One night, every sensor on a shared clock — sleep stages, heart rate, HRV and breathing from watch and ring.
Five years of fitness metrics, each with a rolling average and a target band
Years of fitness trends with rolling averages against target bands.
